Founded in 2013 by Brandon and Ashley Redwine, GoldenFido is located on 20 acres of nature’s glorious beauty in Greenwood, Louisiana. The green grass, shady trees, and natural hiking trails provide the perfect environment for the goldendoodle puppies that we lovingly breed and raise. We are dedicated to producing healthy and well-adjusted puppies through a rigorous breeding program that includes health testing and temperament selective breeding. In addition to our commitment to the health and well-being of our puppies, we also offer a 3-year health guarantee and breeder support for the life of your dog.
Goldendoodles are an extremely popular dog breed in Louisiana and all over the United States. They are known for their friendly nature, intelligence, and trainability, as well as their non-shedding coats, which make them a great choice for families with allergies or sensitivities. Goldendoodles also make excellent service dogs and therapy dogs due to their gentle and affectionate nature, and they are great with children.

We are a small, family-owned breeder that is dedicated to the health and happiness of our dogs and puppies. In addition to strict health testing requirements for our parent dogs, we also implement temperament selective breeding and work with our puppies on socialization and adaptation skills. Our puppies also receive early neurological stimulation, puppy aptitude training, and introduction to crate training and potty training.
At GoldenFido, we are committed to producing the highest quality goldendoodles possible. We only breed goldendoodles, which allows us to develop a deep understanding of the breed and set realistic expectations when it comes to coats, colors, sizes, and temperaments. Our breeding program includes a 3-year health guarantee against life altering genetic diseases or disorders, as well as early puppy training and socialization to ensure that our puppies are well-adjusted and ready to join their new families. All of our puppies
also receive a veterinary exam and report card, including intestinal parasite screening and appropriate deworming. In addition, all of our puppies come with a microchip and instructions on how to register it, as well as 30 days of coverage from Trupanion Pet Health Insurance.
Our breeding program also includes strict health testing requirements for all of our parent dogs. We test for all genetic diseases commonly found in both golden retrievers and poodles, and we are in compliance with health guidelines set by the OFA (Orthopedic Foundation of Animals) and GANA (Goldendoodle Association of North America). Our parent dogs are also examined by a board-certified veterinary ophthalmologist, a cardiologist, and a team of radiologists at OFA to ensure the health and welfare of our puppies. At GoldenFido, we are proud to have a small but carefully selected group of parent dogs who are the foundation of our breeding program. Our dogs are chosen for their health, temperament, and allergy-friendly coats, and they are an integral part of our family. We are dedicated to providing the best care possible for our dogs, including regular health checkups and a state-of-the-art facility on our property where our puppies are born and raised in a loving and nurturing environment. In addition to our facilities all of our parent dogs are examined by several veterinary specialists to ensure no genetic diseases are passed on to our puppies.
